Urban Resilience Assessment Using Hybrid MCDM Model Based on DEMATEL-ANP Method (DANP)

Resilience is an essential strategy for building the capacity of communities and cities. There have been many changes in attitudes toward hazards. In effect, global community's perspective has shifted from focusing on reducing vulnerability to enhancing resilience times crisis. This study used a GIS-based DANP model districts Tehran First, criteria affecting are selected according four dimensions (environmental, socioeconomic, physical institutional) using Delphi method. After two rounds selection, 11 included disasters natural disasters, water resources, environmental pollution, topography, urban infrastructure, land use, green space, employment rate, population education, health status, insurance coverage were selected. Then, DEMATEL followed by ANP was applied determine internal relationship between criteria. GIS overlay performed provide visual output.
